In addition to our traditional hotel with 71 rooms, our hotel extension with 54 rooms and suites was opened in September 2019: the Hof Engelgarten. Here, simple elegance and restrained modernity predominate, while in the Hotel Rebstock different furnishing styles offer something special for every guest. A fibre optic connection for fast Wi-Fi, a modern satellite TV system with access to streaming services and espresso machines are available to guests in all rooms. In the gourmet restaurant KUNO 1408, the chefs Patrick Grieshaber and Robin Hofmann look forward to your visit. Here you can enjoy French-inspired Franconian gourmet cuisine with a wide selection of mainly Franconian wines. The SALON offers modern bistro cuisine in a living room atmosphere and a small bar with local gin and whiskey specialties.
We offer proffesional Conferences: multimedia technology, free-swinging chairs, soft colours and indirect lighting behind glass painting. Our new chapter house in the Engelgarten courtyard also offers state-of-the-art click-share technology and video technology for your next hybrid meeting.

The Rebstock has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2013 since August 1996 and is thus one of the first ten hotels in Germany; the party service is even the first in Germany to be certified according to this quality management standard.
